Please note that it is not unusual for factory sealed merchandise to incur slight damage to the exterior and/or interior during the warehousing and shipping process. In most cases, the condition of the merchandise is exactly how we received it from the regional distributor.
Examples of said damage include small rips, dings, tears, dents, scrapes, and other miscellaneous imperfections.
All of our merchandise is shipped to us directly from our regional distributor. It is never tampered with at any point in the process and will always retain its factory sealed wrapping. Although we do our best to prevent it, minor imperfections are simply an unfortunate reality of distributing merchandise via freight.
