Refunds
Due to the nature of the products we sell, Poke Cellar's official policy does not allow refunds on factory-sealed merchandise. With that being said, we still encourage customers to get in touch with us and we'll be happy to review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Again, orders for factory-sealed merchandise are non-refundable.
If you are buying from our retail store, please evaluate the condition of the box prior to taking it home. We can not refund you once it leaves our store.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been shipped or has not yet been allocated (pre-orders), we are more than happy to cancel and refund the purchase.
